A1 LEGACY AI DEPLOYMENT STANDARD
Deploy with defined boundaries, tested workflows and accountable owners.
Our method turns a use case into an operating system the business can understand and manage. Each engagement defines the objective, source systems, data handling, AI permissions, human review, test cases, launch gates and ongoing ownership. The exact controls are agreed for the client environment rather than presented as an unverified universal guarantee.
IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY
Discover → Architect → Build → Validate → Operate
Discover: map the current journey, operational bottleneck, baseline, owners and desired outcome. Architect: specify channels, data flow, systems of record, integrations, permissions, approval gates and failure paths. Build: configure the AI, prompts or knowledge, CRM fields, automations, calendar actions, notifications and handoffs. Validate: run realistic scenarios, edge cases, consent and escalation tests with client reviewers. Operate: launch in a controlled scope, inspect activity and exceptions, train owners and refine the system against observed outcomes. Each phase has a reviewable deliverable before the next scope expands.
WHAT WE CHECK
Deployment gates and operational evidence
Before production use, a team should confirm approved knowledge and prohibited answers; channel and identity behavior; data fields and retention requirements; permissioned actions; handoff and fallback paths; integration error handling; test contacts and sample scenarios; monitoring access; and a named business owner. Release evidence can include test records, workflow screenshots, issue logs and sign-off on the configured scope. These are the controls A1 Legacy designs into a project plan; the exact implementation and contractual obligations are defined per engagement.
