TRUST CENTRE

Trust is designed into the system and tested in context.

AI systems touch customer conversations, business records and operational decisions. A1 Legacy treats security, data handling, transparency, human oversight and reliability as design questions for each deployment. This page describes our approach and questions to resolve with a client. It does not claim a certification, regulatory status or blanket guarantee.

SECURITY

Security and access boundaries

We document which systems the workflow connects to, what data it needs and which actions each component may perform. Integrations should use approved accounts and scoped access, with credentials managed through the client’s chosen environment. We plan for separation of client data, review of sensitive actions, error visibility and a route to revoke or change access. Security measures, hosting arrangements, incident duties and any audit evidence must be specified and verified in the relevant project agreement and technical review.

RESPONSIBLE AI

Responsible AI and human judgment

We define permitted tasks, approved knowledge and escalation rules before an AI agent interacts with customers or staff. The system should identify uncertainty, avoid unsupported advice, and pass regulated, clinical, financial or legal decisions to qualified people. Human reviewers remain responsible for consequential decisions and can correct content, pause a flow or take over a conversation. Model behavior is tested against realistic and adverse cases for the use case.

DATA PROCESSING

Data processing and customer control

A project should identify the data collected, its source, purpose, destination, storage, access roles and retention decisions. We map where voice transcripts, messages, form responses and CRM records move between the client’s systems and approved providers. Data minimisation and consent requirements are considered in the workflow. The client and A1 Legacy must agree the applicable roles, contract terms, provider choices and privacy obligations before production processing; the public site is not a substitute for a data processing agreement.

OPERATING TRUST

AI transparency and reliability

People should know when they are interacting with AI where the channel and use case require disclosure, and should have a clear route to a human. We design records that show the source, action, owner and next step so the team can review the journey. Reliable operation requires testing normal and failure paths, monitoring integration errors, managing knowledge changes and defining fallback behavior when an agent or tool is uncertain or unavailable. Availability targets and support terms are agreed per deployment; none are implied by this page.
